How it works
1. Text BodyBuddy
Say hi and your coach starts the same day. The first week is free, no card of any kind.
2. Take Truemed's two-minute survey
When you join, pick Pay with HSA/FSA. Truemed asks about your health, a licensed practitioner reviews it, and if coaching is medically necessary for you they issue the eligibility note.
3. Your HSA/FSA card pays the $29 each month
BodyBuddy texts you when the note clears. From there the membership renews on that card monthly, with nothing to submit.
Who qualifies
Truemed’s practitioner decides, not us. Coaching usually qualifies when you are working on something a doctor would recognize: weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, or a plan you were sent home with. If you are not approved, nothing is charged, and you can still join with a regular card.
