BodyBuddy provides AI-powered daily accountability coaching through phone calls. The Service includes:

• Daily automated phone calls from our AI coach
• Personalized fitness and nutrition guidance
• Progress tracking and accountability features
• Mobile and web application access

3. User Accounts

To use BodyBuddy, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

• We are not responsible for any health issues arising from following suggestions

Future Pricing

• Standard pricing will be $49/month when the beta period ends
• Beta users will receive advance notice before any charges
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

All content, features, and functionality of BodyBuddy are owned by Please Clap, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using BodyBuddy, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
