Hi, I'm Francis. For years I was stuck in the same loop. Start a diet on Monday, quit by Thursday. I tried everything. Nothing stuck.

Then I hired an accountability coach. Someone who actually checked in on me every single day. And for the first time in my life, it worked.

The secret wasn't the meal plan. It wasn't the workout. It was having someone who gave a damn, checking in every day.

Good coaches cost $300 a month, and there aren't nearly enough of them for the 2 billion people trying to get healthy. With AI, for the first time ever, we can give everyone that daily push.

BodyBuddy was founded by Francis John after he got in the best shape of his life working with an accountability coach. His coach believed in the idea enough to join him building it, bringing $300 a month coaching within reach of anyone with a phone.
