Before the visit
Keep your questions together
Text me each question as you think of it. I keep the list so you can ask for it before the appointment and choose what matters most to cover.
Photo whatever they hand you and I'll tell you what it actually says. After that I'm the one keeping track of what it asked of you.

There is a lot to remember when your doctor explains what comes next. Ask everyone for their okay, then record in the BodyBuddy app. I turn the recording into a summary and a plan you can review.
Text me when you want to check what they said. I keep the instructions, text you about the tasks and dates, and keep your questions ready for the next appointment.
See how appointment recording worksThis is what we do to help clients follow their doctor's instructions. Yours will bend to you, but this is the shape.
Before the visit
Text me each question as you think of it. I keep the list so you can ask for it before the appointment and choose what matters most to cover.
At the appointment
Ask everyone for their okay before recording in the BodyBuddy app. You can also send a photo of the after-visit summary. I work from the visit once it has been processed or from the papers you share.
After the visit
I read the summary back in plain words and pull out the tasks and dates it gives you. Ask about any line you want to understand. I help you take unclear or conflicting instructions back to the office.
Same day
We keep the lab timing, referral, medication schedule, and follow-up window from your instructions together. I text you about the steps when they are due and ask which ones you completed.
Between visits
I ask about the habits or tasks your clinician wanted you to follow. Text me the readings or symptoms they asked you to keep, and I save what you report with the dates. I read that record back when you ask.
When a result is due
Tell me when the office said to expect a result, and I keep that date. If you say it has not arrived, I can find the office's number and hours so you can ask. I keep the question open in our conversation until you tell me what happened.
Before the follow-up
Ask me for the readings, completed tasks, and questions you've shared since the last visit. You can take that record to the appointment and discuss what needs to change. I work from the updated instructions you bring back.
Photo the after-visit summary, the lab sheet, or the prescription printout. I keep it and tell you the few things to stay on top of. Ask about any line, any time.

page 3 is just your allergy list. the only thing needing you this week is the labs
Text me the morning number and it goes on the record with the date. Before the follow-up, ask me for the run and I'll read it back, so you walk in with six weeks in hand.

you've sent 34 mornings. top number's been 128-134 all week, down from the 140s in early may
Send the follow-up instructions and I keep the date or window they specify. I text you when it is due and can pull up the office's number and hours so you can make the call.

6 weeks out is oct 14. want the office number now, or a text the week before?
