What you upload is encrypted in transit and at rest and processed by service providers to create your private preview. The unlisted preview expires after 72 hours unless you choose to move it into your account. No account is needed to preview it. By uploading, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

No. BodyBuddy helps you organize and follow the plan you received. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, change medication instructions, or replace your clinician. Direct medical questions to your care team.
No. BodyBuddy is not a medication-alarm, clinical-monitoring, or appointment-booking service. Daily text coaching can keep an action you approved present in the conversation, but you remain responsible for medication instructions, monitoring, and booking follow-up care.
Compare the summary and action items with the original recording or written instructions before acting on them. Correct anything that is wrong, and ask your care team about clinical questions or changes. Your provider's original instructions control.
