Out of every 100 people on Zepbound in the two main trials, compared with 100 on placebo:
- Nausea: 25 to 29, against 8 on placebo
- Diarrhea: 19 to 23, against 8
- Constipation: 11 to 17, against 5
- Vomiting: 8 to 13, against 2
- Stomach pain or indigestion: about 9 to 10 each, against 4 to 5
- Injection site reactions: 6 to 8, against 2
- Tiredness: 5 to 7, against 3
- Hair loss: 4 to 5, against 1
- Heartburn, burping, dizziness: about 4 to 5 each, against 1 to 2
- Bloating and gas: 3 to 4 each, against 2
Counting every stomach-related effect together, 56 in 100 had at least one, against 30 in 100 on placebo. The ranges are the 5 mg, 10 mg, and 15 mg doses.
