What coaches ask first.

How does BodyBuddy fit with Trainerize or other programming tools?
We don't integrate with them yet. You'd set up each client in BodyBuddy separately. BodyBuddy isn't a programming tool, it's a daily accountability layer. If you use Trainerize or TrueCoach for writing workouts, you keep doing that; BodyBuddy handles the daily iMessage check-ins on top. Worth it if you care about daily adherence between sessions. Probably not worth it if you want one single all-in-one platform.
What if a client needs real coaching, not just accountability?
BodyBuddy flags it for you. If a client messages about an injury, a plateau, or anything outside their plan, BodyBuddy notifies you in your portal. The coach handles what the coach should handle.
Do my clients need to download another app?
Clients get a simple BodyBuddy app for tracking progress, but the daily check-ins happen in iMessage. For your clients, it feels like texting a thoughtful friend, not another app to open.
